For a musician, it’s often necessary to retune your guitar a little when learning songs from CDs. Songs are not all tuned to A-440,they usually vary a little. I had been searched something like this for while but did not find anything I liked till I saw this, MPVT1, on Amazon. I am using it to slow down guitar lessons so I can play/learn every note. For beginner, it can slow down tempo without changing pitch and you cannot tell the difference. However, my teacher is able to notice change in pitch. I also bought an AC adapter because it does not play while charging via USB connector.

We purchased all the trainers – guitar, bass and vocal. My husband says his was the best gift of the year. Bought the guitar trainer for my and the vocal for daughter. Each of us all has personalized cases with names from ValetStand com. For total mobility the leather cases are a must.
